Kamil and Lewis were absolutely amazing and have done a fantastic job with my bathroom. They easily adapted to some interesting challenges my home threw up, and assisted me through the entire process. All the contractors were well presented, well spoken, and trustworthy.

Thank you for a lovely ensuite. I was very apprehensive before the work started because I have heard some horrific stories from people who have had renovations done but I need not have worried. Not only was I kept up to date every step of the way all the work was completed within the time quoted. I was also most impressed by the way everything was cleaned up at the end of each day and especially so at the end of the job. I am particularly grateful for the suggestions that Kamil made for shaving cabinet and recess in the shower. I would never have thought of them but they make a great difference. The only problem is that it puts my bathroom and toilet to shame!

Kamil and his team are nothing short of excellent! They say you shouldn't randomly pick tradies that you dont know off...well this time I'm glad we did. kamil was kind enough to call back to discuss an ensuite we wanted done at our home. He was honest, informative and was able to provide us with valuable ideas and things to consider. Throughout the building process he kept us well informed. Both me and my wife are very happy with the end result. Excellent quality work and finish, on time and within budget. If you are looking for a honest and reliable crew to renovate your bathroom, look no further, you wont regret hiring Creating Impressions (No, I did not get paid to talk these guys up!).

I just love my new bathroom so thanks to you both (and the plumbers and painters of course) for such a excellent service with my renovation, there truly was no stress involved at any point – it was really a pleasure to deal with you and Lewis and the bathroom looks amazing and every time I walk past the door or go into the room I think wow.

Kamil kept me up to date with progress and as he organised all the tradespeople I just had to sit back and relax knowing he had it all under control. Job was completed in the time frame I was given and I am now using my amazing bathroom.

All my friends and family have had the same reaction when I showed them photographs of the transformation and also said wow that looks great !

We love our new bathrooms, indeed it has taken us so long to send in a testimonial because we spend too much time in the bathrooms! We enjoyed every step of the renovation process. Kamil and Lewis were fabulous to work with, as are all the other trades who are contracted by them.

We knew what to expect at every point of the renovation and didn't have any surprises in timing or pricing.

The quality of the work is just excellent and we love how beautifully the tiles are laid and we can't stop showing everyone who visits.

Increasing problems with water damage from a leaking shower base and a dated 1980’s beige/brown colour scheme led to the decision to renovate our bathroom/toilet. The main problem we faced was the existing sub-floor, a combination of concrete, floor boards and wood sheet, all covered by brown ceramic tiles.

We did some research and approached a number of bathroom renovators for quotes. Creating Impressions was not the cheapest quote but we chose them because of Kamil's professional, friendly approach and his obvious knowledge of how best to get the job done. Having the whole process managed from start to finish with all trades organised when needed, was also a big plus for us.

In less than 3 weeks, Kamil, Lewis and their team of plumbers and electricians produced an incredible new bathroom! This was no easy renovation, the area was first gutted, then initial plumbing/electrical work done. Flooring, wall sheeting and waterproofing of the entire area was then completed before the tiling and installation of the new fittings.

The final result was well beyond our expectations. The attention to detail and the quality of the work performed by Creating Impressions is highly recommended by us.

I Love my bathroom. Several years ago I had to face serious repair and renovation to the 'wet' areas of my home. I floundered around trying to find the right people to help. I discovered Creating Impressions. Kamil explained several options, took me through what were the available tiles, tap ware , basins and the myriad of fittings. While I was given excellent advice and ideas, I never felt pressured. When Lewis arrived to start the stripping out, he and the team worked around me and I felt secure. My bathroom and laundry are the envy of several of my friends and neighbours. When my family arrived at Christmas from interstate I was rather nervous as son-i-law marched straight to the bathroom for a close inspection. He is a project manager. Verdict. Now I must downsize. My family encouraged me to find a home that needs renovations and please get the company who did all the work before. I am recommending Creating Impressions to myself and to everyone.
