As a property manager I have a lot of work for a tiler and bathroom renovator. Kamil of ‘CREATING IMPRESSIONS’ has placed new bathrooms in a number of properties on my portfolio. His workmanship is beautiful and faultless, never have I seen anyone take such pride in their work and deliver such a perfect product. Kamil is very effective when organising his subcontractors as his work is always delivered in the time frame promised. This is important when managing rental properties as we are working around tenant’s whether they are still living in the property or on holidays. His disruption to the tenants is kept to a minimal. 'We used Creating Impressions to renovate our bathroom/toilet/laundry. Their work was excellent. Kamil managed everything on my behalf including the asbestos removal and the tradies. He and his crew always turned up on time and kept to the agreed program. When we encountered small problems (such as no floor under the bath and shower) he quickly addressed the issues and came with a workable solution. Importantly, Kamil listened to what I wanted, made suggestions for improvements and consulted when a decision needed to be made. We first met Kamil back in 2003 when he tiled the floors of our entire house. Apart from being a good communicator and having a nice sense of humour, Kamil organized the job well, kept to agreed timeframes and produced an excellent finished surface. When it came time to renovate our bathrooms a couple of years ago we were pleased to find Kamil again and he provided a detailed, accurate and competitive quote. Kamil also provided some unique and creative solutions to the use of space in our main bathroom. He and his team at Creating Impressions again, kept to timeframes, did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy. We noticed the high level of workmanship in someone else’s renovated bathroom and asked who had done the bathroom renovation. It had been Creating Impressions. We rang them to get a quote. Kamil responded to our request immediately, which was the pattern of all our future correspondence with him, whether by phone or email. He warned us that he had a waiting list, which we took as a further recommendation. We were prepared to wait for good work. Kamil was happy to let us design the renovation but gave us advice when needed, which we appreciated. His work was of a very high quality, on time and to quote. He was also very considerate of how the work impacted on our living conditions and came to the rescue a few times. We moved everything in the bathroom to achieve a high end, contemporary look with underfloor heating. We love our bathroom! We have already referred Creating Impressions to friends and colleagues.
