As a property manager I have a lot of work for a tiler and bathroom renovator. Kamil of ‘CREATING IMPRESSIONS’ has placed new bathrooms in a number of properties on my portfolio. His workmanship is beautiful and faultless, never have I seen anyone take such pride in their work and deliver such a perfect product. Kamil is very effective when organising his subcontractors as his work is always delivered in the time frame promised. This is important when managing rental properties as we are working around tenant’s whether they are still living in the property or on holidays. His disruption to the tenants is kept to a minimal. 'We used Creating Impressions to renovate our bathroom/toilet/laundry. Their work was excellent. Kamil managed everything on my behalf including the asbestos removal and the tradies. He and his crew always turned up on time and kept to the agreed program. When we encountered small problems (such as no floor under the bath and shower) he quickly addressed the issues and came with a workable solution. Importantly, Kamil listened to what I wanted, made suggestions for improvements and consulted when a decision needed to be made.
