Kamil, Lewis and his team of subcontractors were friendly, polite and most importantly turned up on time (and cleaned up after themselves) and finished the job without any major disruptions to our life. My situation arose when I had to upgrade and convert my bathroom to cater for my handicapped wife's needs when she returned home and not having a lot of time I did the one thing everybody says not to do; that is pick someone from the classifieds in the local newspaper. I am so glad that I did. The guys at Creating Impressions, Kamil and Lewis, were a breath of fresh air. As it turned out they were able to "fit me in" and went about the business of renovation with professionalism and excellent workmanship. It was a pleasure to see them whilst they were here. On top of that, their tradesmen that they employ were of the highest quality, friendly and obviously enjoyed working with each other. At one time I had 8 people either in my bathroom, in the roof cavity or under the house all working together harmoniously. I must however make a special mention of Robbie, their tiler. Would have to be the best tiler ever, what a perfect job.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Creating Impressions to anyone who were thinking of a bathroom renovation. Well done Guys.

We employed Creating Impressions to renovate our family's en-suite and bathroom. This decision was reached after analysing a number of different quotes and our choice was made because of Kamil's prompt response to our request for a quote, and the clarity of his further responses to our questions.

We were pleased with the work undertaken by Kamil and Lewis and their sub-contractors. The work was undertaken with some interruptions due to weather but the scheduling was very much to plan. We are happy that we now have two bathrooms that we are certain add value to our house.

Kamil and Lewis have just finished a complete overhaul our of bathroom and toilet. From the moment Kamil arrived at our house for a quote we were impressed with his generosity of knowledge and thoughtful advice. Throughout the whole renovation process we were kept informed and the end result is amazing. Our formerly dinky 1970's bathroom and toilet have been transformed into a fresh, modern family bathroom and loo. We are so happy we made the decision to go with the Creating Impressions team.
